Molly - I wasn't saying you didn't know that information but there are lots more folks reading this than you and me. apologies  Not to mention that genetics plays a part, as does the ability to exercise (if I exercise regularly the way I know I need to, my glucose levels stay pretty decent, but if I waver, it drifts pretty quickly). Sometimes, no matter what we do, or don't do, stuff happens because 250 yrs ago something in our familial DNA drifted a little one way or the other. -Deb R type 2 diabetes dx 5 yrs ago
