Vegan "Cream Cheese"

I have some plain and some chive vegan cream cheese left over from the holidays ... is it okay, do you think, to have this maybe one breakfast a week on a whole grain bagel until it's gone? Cause Laughing that's what I had this morning and I hope it doesn't mess me up!

if it's vegan and you're not overdoing it or having a lot of other fat in your days, it's probably just fine to use it up. And, you're not 'stuck' with either decision - you can have it some days and not others, or if you notice that days you have it are harder to stick to low fat or whatever, you can jettison it then.

Unless, of course, it's a soy based product and you're finding out that soy isn't a good idea for your situation (hypothyroid for instance).
