For the three week meal plan, I didn't see much bread. I believe there was a cornmeal muffin on the plan at one point, and black bean fajitas on whole grain tortillas, but I am not sure if they are on the new plan.
Basically, you should be eating as much as you want of veggies, grains, legumes and fruit... cut the bread unless you see it in the meal plan.
