above and beyond vegan health

Hey ladies and gents!

I've been reading through the forums, recent topics and ones posted months prior after finding out about the 21 day kick start plan (love it!). I really wanted to share something with those of you who are seeking out the healthiest vegan diet that will help you treat lingering skin and weight problems, IBS, diabetes, high blood pressure etc.

For most eating a total vegetarian diet is good enough and a far cry to what they were consuming! But some want to go deeper, either out of curiousity or necessity. If you're looking for the lifestyle plan that will let you reach your health goals and live your best life, I can not say enough about the 80/10/10 diet plan by Dr Doug Graham. There is nothing that I feel more passionate about which is why I want to share it with the world! Much like how I felt when I found veganism Smile

I hope someone gets use out of this Smile

Much love to you and yours and congrats on all of your successes! Health is most certainly a life long journey.
