There could be a lot of reasons. One is that you're already at what your body considers to be a healthy weight. Another is that you're building muscle, which weighs more than fat does. Another is that you're not eating enough -- I know it sounds crazy, but if you don't eat enough, your body goes into starvation mode and starts hanging on to every precious fat cell.
