RE: Welcome to 2012 Posted Sunday, January 8, 2012 at 10:45 AM for the cheese sauce, if you soak the cashews for an hour or 2 they will blend nicer. Even though cashews are a softer nut, this makes them blend even easier and creamier. |

My son loves it. http://www.vegnews.com/articles/page.do?catId=10&pageId=40 I used a little less Earth Balance than the recipe called for and it was fine. The carrots even give it that orange cheese color! I've been vegetarian for 22 years and close to vegan but this kickstart is making me take it all the way. So far, so good! Connie |
