On Day 12, for Sheera, what are saffron threads? where in the store would I look for them? Also for Day 12, for Herb Roti, what are garlic greens? where would I find them?

I had a great morning at the grocery store! I found the crystallized ginger and saffron threads at McGinnis Sisters store spice section. The saffron strands bottle says they are handpicked from the crocus flower and are the most expensive spice in the world...will be interesting to try. They must be pretty good. They are the color red and come in a little plastic packet inside the bottle. The crystallized ginger bottle says it can be used in mashed sweet potatoes, salads, carrots, stir fry, hot beverages, etc. It is interesting to learn new spices and foods.
