marge Joined: 09/08/10 Location: Seattle Posts: 211	Tomatillos Posted Wednesday, September 21, 2011 at 12:18 PM so my green grocer sweet talked me into buying 6 organic tomatillos. He said I should roast them and turn them into a sauce for fish. (that's not going to happen, the fish part) Any suggestions?

I have a special weakness for salsa verde and use it in copious quantities on anything even remotely "mexican".
