so my green grocer sweet talked me into buying 6 organic tomatillos. He said I should roast them and turn them into a sauce for fish. (that's not going to happen, the fish part) Any suggestions?
My suggestion: Homemade tomatillo salsa on vegan enchiladas or vegan tamale pie. I have a special weakness for salsa verde and use it in copious quantities on anything even remotely "mexican".
