I got some plain rice cakes the other day and they were so yummy. I felt like I was not supposed to be eating them. I had 2 with some almond butter in the afternoon at work. I was hungry so I had them for a snack. I have been following the diet and I lost maybe a pound or 2 - doesn't seem like much; hope it continues.

I have not tried quonia or millet ones. I have not heard of them; I will try them If I can find them. Probably Whole Foods has them
