5 hours a week is not heavy training. Marathon runners, triathletes, chess players, all need to provide their body with thousands of calories a day we normal folk don't need, but 5 hours a week is not in that realm. It is something we should strive for as health conscious people. If you are losing weight, eat more whole vegetables, legumes/cereals and fruit, in that order. Nuts are for the occasional treat. They are too concentrated, unless you are doing the more than five hours a day a person in serious training does. - madeline
