Loved the article. I'm a shegan too. Can't believe I waited this long to realize how good one can feel on a plant based diet.

Thanks for posting the link, Jeff! I have forwarded it on to a colleague who is very interested in "what I'm doing" food-wise. Smile She would like to experiment with it but is meeting (meating?) resistance from her resident menfolk (husband and son). Maybe the article will give them some food for thought.

Cheers!

Great article, thanks for sharing...........I hope my DH will eventually become a "hegan" too.

He's been pretty receptive to most of the meals I've been making. He loved the Lentil Soup I made last night. Good thing......cuz he's having it again tonight Smile

He did tell me he's starting to feel "guilty" when he eats meat etc. at lunch time. He eats out pretty much everyday.

I just have to keep working at being a good "shegan" example
