How did everyone one do that was tracking weight loss? I lost 13 lbs! Maybe a couple more by now and I'm very pleased (my doctor is too). I have a long way to go but I am so motivated after starting this plan. I don't know how I found it, but there was an email one morning and here I am - loving this way of eating. I'm not there 100% but I'd say 85-90% and even that has made a huge difference. I have reaped great benefits within these few short weeks - weight loss, much lower blood sugars and better mental clarity. I feel like a fog has been lifted.

This is all new to me and this forum is very encouraging. Thank you all!

I understand where you are coming from. I started on 4/6, and I have lost 11 lbs, I too am loving this program, and will continue doing it. I love the way I feel, and love what it is doing to my body. I have not gone to my doctor yet, but I know he will be pleased when I do. Good luck the rest of the way.

Good luck to you too! I am going to continue to read and post here while waiting for the next KickStart in September. I wish there was another one sooner - Smile
