I'm not sure how to delete a whole post, but I just saw the title "TRACKING WEIGHT LOSS" and will now add my post from here to that one so there isn't a duplicate thread. Sorry!
How did everyone one do that was tracking weight loss? I lost 13 lbs! Maybe a couple more by now and I'm very pleased (my doctor is too). I have a long way to go but I am so motivated after starting this plan. I don't know how I found it, but there was an email one morning and here I am - loving this way of eating. I'm not there 100% but I'd say 85-90% and even that has made a huge difference. I have reaped great benefits within these few short weeks - weight loss, much lower blood sugars and better mental clarity. I feel like a fog has been lifted.
This is all new to me and this forum is very encouraging. Thank you all!
