txgirl Joined: 01/04/10 Location: Pasadena, TX Posts: 82	I just found this recipe list Posted Thursday, March 25, 2010 at 3:56 PM It's a slow day at the office and for some weird reason I started surfing around a spice & aromatherapy company's website and found this list of vegetarian recipes. They're not all vegan, but a lot of them are. What I like about the list is that they're all coded by difficulty level and it lists the prep and cook times too. I really like to have some idea how long it's supposed to take, even though for me the prep times will probably be double (but some day I'll get good at that chopping & mise-en-place stuff). Will just have to modify to suit the plan. Gramma, one thing I was craving today was a big ol' nasty Costco hotdog covered in sauerkraut and onions! I did not have one but dang...! Will someone come up here and kick my butt, puhleeze!! I just have to keep repeating to myself: Ew Ew Ew EW!!!! All we are saying is "Give Peas a Chance"
