hi, i am new to the program, only three weeks. Really liking it so far; however, sometimes concerned that I am getting getting the right amount of protein.

Why are you worried you are not getting enough protein, specifically? The truth is, protein is abundant in plant foods. You would be very hard pressed not to get enough protein if you are getting enough calories.

i am getting enough calories. I guess I am listening to that from others.I am spending a lot of time learning more. I'm finding this site excellent.

I'm glad you like the site! Protein is in grains (whole and refined), legumes, vegetables, nuts, seeds, and in very small amounts in fruits. If you wonder if you can get enough protein from plants, imagine a horse, elephant, or a bull! All vegan animals!
