hi, i am new to the program, only three weeks. Really liking it so far; however, sometimes concerned that I am getting getting the right amount of protein.

Don't concern yourself with protein, you will get more than you need on a plant-based diet. You don't need to concentrate on high protein foods, just eat low-fat vegan and you'll be fine.
