Posted Wednesday, April 27, 2011 at 8:01 PM After watching the Dr.Oz show today I had to try the frozen banana treat...but I used a splash of almond milk instead of water...this was Yumo! 1 1/2 frozen bananas 1 tsp of vanilla a splash of almond milk. Process in the food processor or blender until smooth.

I made it for our dessert last night and topped it with a bit of cinnamon. Wow, so good! I'm dating myself here, but I recall Jack LaLanne offering this recipe from years ago. I never tried it until yesterday. Thanks for posting the recipe.
