You can customize your meal plans, enter your own recipes, etc. Also tracks fat, protein, calcium, fiber, carbs, and of course calories. You can enter your exercise for calories burned. You can see other member's foods and recipes. It's really a great site, lots of vegan teams. I am Wild4Stars there also. Visit my SparkPage and check the site out.
