I am glad you posted this! It has become a much looked forward to daily posting for me. B: oil free hash browns with onions and spinach S: leftover steamed veggies and edamame S: banana L: lunch meeting at a local Italian restaurant. Had veggie pizza with no cheese. Delish! It was white crust, so not perfect, but very good. Plusni had leftovers which I promptly gave to a co-worker because imdecided I didn't need more. D: I made a "snap" meal, a la McDougall program, I used some leftover marinara sauce, and added diced fire roasted tomatoes, a can of cannilini beans, and a bag of frozen mixed veggies (asparagus, snap peas, carrots, peppers, onions, etc) and some garlic, and Italian seasoning. I served that over brown rice. So simple. So good. S: I am not hungry. But, if I want something before bed, probably a diced apple, microwaved with some cinnamon and brown sugar.
