Examine your diet closely, keep a food log if you aren't already. Look for a few culprits:
1. Refined sweeteners of any kind.
2. Refined flours.
3. Refined oils.
4. Other high fat plant foods: nuts, seeds, olives and avocadoes.
Some people are so sensitive that even fruit may need to be reduced.
