It depends on your climate, but I have found a trick if you are in a dry area. Bunch it together by the stems and hang the bunch from a hook over the kitchen counter. It will gradually dry, and remain usable for weeks. It will wilt but in a why which is less damaging to it. Rinse it first, before tying up. I use a big twist tie because as it dries you will have to tighten the tie. It also makes your kitchen look interesting. It is too humid where I now live but I accidentally discovered that if I rinse it, shake it dry and spread it out on a large plate and put it in the fridge, it gradually dries in there. I guess the secret is not to bunch it up or it goes bad. - madeline
