Baked Penne Florentine

We tried Baked Penne Florentine tonight from Starch Solution and it was a hit. My son said it tasted like a restaurant dish. Definitely adding it to the rotation.

It's also on the McDougall website. It's the 5th recipe on this page.

It does sound good. There are SO many good McDougall recipes. His Quick and Easy Cookbook is one of my favorites.

Also check out Jeff Novick's facebook page. Some good recipes there also.

I got the book recently and I've been reading all the health / nutrition info in the book and haven't got round to trying any of the recipes yet. This looks really good.

I was looking for the Quick and Easy cookbook but have only found the DVDs.

I love Mary McDougall's cookbooks, and the Quick and Easy is the best. Some bookstores and Whole Foods Markets stock it, and it is always available on Amazon.

Oh, no wonder I couldn't find it - I thought Quick and Easy was a Jeff Novick book because there was a DVD of the same name. Embarassed
