AlC Report - Hooray!!!
Posted Wednesday, March 31, 2010 at 3:29 PM

Hi to all those still here. I wanted to share that I received my AlC report today and it has gone down to 5.9 - the doctor told me to continue whatever I am doing - no medication - vegan life style. I have been following Dr. Barnard's book and it works!! Hooray! I haven't had my lipids checked yet but I suspect that when I do they will be normalized as well. Another cute thing - my 25 year old grandson was over last evening and I fed him what I eat and he loved it!

Way to go!!!

(I think there are quite a few of us still around! Wink )

The vegan diet has me feeling better than ever. I almost want to pay for independent testing, just to see what my vitamin, nutrient, etc. levels look like... almost!

Congratulations to you!

Evening,

I know you must feel so much better! I bet your lipids are on the decline, too.

Way to go!

Awesome!

I'm still around, but I haven't been eating very well this month. No worries, though. I'm starting back up tomorrow, so I'm sure I'll be back to annoying everyone in no time.

Why is it when you don't preview your posts that you always have a typo? Of course I meant gosh on that last post.

And again Happy Easter.

Yeah, I'm still here, too. Been on vacation for spring break. Very glad that you have seen the awesome results of the vegan lifestyle already, Jasmine! I'm also feeling a little comforted that I'm not the only one who hasn't been eating as well as I need to. It hasn't been really horrible, but my sweet tooth has had a hold of me lately. I must wrestle free!!! Quick someone...grab my hand....pull!!! LOL!
