Tonight (Wed Feb 10) is a forum night. Usually, it's specific to certified diabetes educators and registered dietitians, but I think some of you might appreciate the information. I'm sorry I didn't think of this sooner. I will be interviewing one of the authors of the ADA Position Paper on Vegetarian/Vegan Diets. I was unable to "tune in" as I'm on PST and wasn't yet home from work when it started, but I did check out the link provided and listened to an archived interview between Drs. Barnard, Jay Gordon and Baxter Montgomery. It was excellent and I'll be sure to check out other interviews in the coming days. (The one with Brenda Davis is next as she's not only a BC gal but lived not far from me several years ago. In fact, when she was just starting out she came to my house and helped me "purge" unhealthy items from my pantry. I've got her books and admire her greatly). All we are saying is "Give Peas a Chance"
