Posted Wednesday, January 26, 2011 at 8:04 AM Hi All, I just watched a DVD by PCRM.. it is Takeing control of Diabetes with Dr. Neal Barnard. It is very good. there is a section with him talking about how the body works, susan in the supermarket, and a chef showing some recipes. Kinda fun to go shopping with Susan. Cynthia

Posted Wednesday, January 26, 2011 at 2:51 PM that red lentil soup seems to thicken the next day (leftovers - yum!) and is wonderful poured over some brown rice to change the feel of it or paired with a warmed/grilled flatbread to scoop with. --Deb R

Oatmeal soup - oatmeal, sliced onions and can of whole tomatoes. If anyone is interested I'll post it. It sounds different, but it is really delicious!
