Lost weight after week 1!

I'm pretty excited, I lost several pounds this week.
I have more energy and don't feel as fatigued after work as I have in recent previous weeks. Was actually able to get a few 'small' projects done that I've been wanting to do for awhile - after work was done.
My partner and I are really liking what we've read in the website as well as the Forks over Knives book I got for Christmas!
