Who is Denise Minger?

I told a friend about my efforts to going vegan and they said to look up Denise Minger. Is she real or a hoax from the meat industry?

Did a little more research and came up with this:

Very polite and a gentleman's response.

Whew!

Good find on VegSource. In short, she's a raw meat/dairy supporter. As far as I can see, she has no scientific background. As always, I caution people to follow the evidence-based research. It always takes you back to the benefits of a low-fat, plant-based diet.

I couldn't even read it. Amazing how many people will believe what she says and ignore the evidence and how their own body feels. Scary & sad.

Most of the people who believe what she says will never know that they can feel better by eating differently because they will never try it, sad to say.
