I totally agree with you.
I removed Meat out of my diet 13 years ago but still ate dairy/fish/eggs
I made the switch to vegan over a year ago and it has been such a great experience in many ways.
Lost more weight effortlessly and I feel more vibrant and all my cravings for fatty and sugary food are gone.
Just like you I am very grateful for this plan
