Two days out! Of course, I'm suspecting that just maybe you're not waiting til "official" launch to get going, yes? Time to stock up, organize your workout and activity wear (it helps to add MOVING to the picture if you haven't already!) and get ready for a fun ride. Onward! Lani

Hi Lani! Waving hello from N. Idaho! Connection is moving slowly this AM, so waiting to watch your downloads, but read thru the Action Guide and Tip sheet. As always, your information is amazing. I DID NOT know that raising your arms over your head didn't actually translate to increasing aerobic capacity! Can't wait to watch the downloads! Thanks so much! Pam

Hi Lani, this is a great addition to the kickstart. This will be my third, but I don't remember seeing it with the others. Adding exercise to the diet-part of the kickstart is a great way to help people see that this will be a lifestyle change for them, vs. just another diet. I"m looking forward to trying out the fitness component. Thanks for including it. Paul

Did your 15 minute Burst program on the rebounder today. Believe me I couldn't have gone for 30 minutes! I'm assuming you want your heart rate to come down into an aerobic zone during the *rest* phase? Pam

I'm assuming you want your heart rate to come down into an aerobic zone during the *rest* phase? Pam Pam, well, look at you! Use the perceived exertion scale as in the guide. The purpose of the rest intervals is to allow you to max out in the next BURST. So, this will be down into your aerobic zone, certainly! Did you use music? My feature article in FitDream Ezine this week is about the research regarding workouts and music. Interesting! It'll be out in a couple of days. The fact that you say you "couldn't have gone for 30 minutes" is a testament to your Burst intensity - sounds like you were right on! Lani

If you have no belly pooch and are not concerned about your abs at all, then I guess you could skip on the "7 Seconds to a Flat Belly" The Burst training is totally "unisex". It's amazing and is a technique used by athletes for years to boost performance, enhance fitness, raise the intensity level at which you utilize fat for energy, and build muscle. So if you are after any of that stuff..... Give everything a listen and a go and you'll see! Lani

Thanks so much, Lani! Unfortunately, I'm right now at a huge disadvantage with exercise . I am in the process of moving to another country and my family is here to help me. They are wonderful people but tend to cling to me every second, so trying to get out even for a 15 minute walk is a challenge and they do not exercise. So I'm putting exercise on hold for now beyond what I can get away to do. But usually, I'm actually pretty good with exercise and keeping consistent with brisk walking (it's the food that's the challenge for me...) Tam

I give you an exercise there "7 Seconds to a Flat Belly" that you can do before you get out of bed in the morning! How do you like them apples? Give it a go. No one has 15 minutes, but everybody has 15 minutes. Still, before you even get up? Try it! Lani

Hi Lani, I have lost over ten pounds now and my waist size has gone down an inch and a half. One of my coworkers said that she would expect me to lose an inch for every ten pounds. I reminded her that I had mot yet lost quite ten pounds so at least 1/2 inch I credited to the belly excercises. I've decided to include the waist check with the weekly weight check just to keep tabs on it....Elizabeth

This is very rewarding and look at the difference you are making in your health, energy, and appearance! I'm thrilled that you are seeing the benefits of the "7 Seconds to a Flat Belly" instructions. Isn't it amazing how powerful something so easy to slip in can be? That's the power of targeted isolation. Combined with your dietary changes, you're unstoppable! As far as the inches = lbs, yes and no depending on your genetics - we can be somewhat programmed as to where the "storage" is deposited comes of first. Usually, last hired = first fired. Another rule of thumb is 10 lbs = 1 dress size, but if you are gaining a little muscle at the same time, there goes that one! And you will hang onto and build some shapely muscle with Fit Quickies. Keep up the good work! Lani

wen wrote: ??? I can't download the action guide, and files...everytime it crush my computer??? Wen, Oh dear! It may be a memory issue with your computer, as I haven't gotten this report before yet and hundreds of these Kits have been downloaded, even just today. You might check to make sure that all other programs are shut down so that all memory can be devoted to the download process. Is it each download that is a problem, or just the video? Audio? pdf? Let me know how I might assist so I can get these puppies into your hands! Lani
