Tried Dr. B's All-Amer Scramble on GF Bagel

Tried Dr. Barnard's All-American Scramble from page 60 of his new Cookbook this morning for breakfast. I liked it and could just eat the "egg scramble" part alone..will try eating it by itself & adding a few hashbrowns on the side next time. I have gluten/wheat issues, so I used a gluten free bagel. New brand that I tried called "udi's". They have a whole line of GF products. I've tried other GF bagels that were pretty good, but these were very light and crunchy. Finally found the "Daiya" grated cheese at my local health food store. Stuck the bagel with scramble & cheese under broiler for a minute to melt the cheese. Not bad!
