You Are What You Eat

Hi! I know some of us are new to scrutinizing food labels, and some of us are used to it. When people ask me if I find it annoying to have to read food labels, I always respond in surprise - "I WANT to know what I'm putting into my body. Don't you?"
Anyway, here's a new study that found people who read food labels are doing themselves a favor. Thought this group might appreciate it:
