Annette Joined: 12/28/09 Posts: 6	Getting Started Posted Monday, December 28, 2009 at 7:39 PM I am new to the kickstart. I am in my early 7o's with high blood pressure, thyroid and gout issues. My Dr. told me that a Vegan program will eliminate all of those problems. I am very excited and anxious to see how much weight I can lose also. Good luck to all of you also!!!!!!!

I have been vegetarian since 2000 and am moving to vegan because I truly believe it is better for me and better for the planet.
