I can handle soy in small doses (e.g., soy sauce), but not soy milk. Is there a nutritionally comparable substitute for recipes?
Rice milk and almond milk as mentioned are all great alternatives.
The think to remember is rather than "nutritionally comparable" is to use these edibles as condiments; a splash on your cereal for example. They are non-fibrous and more calorie dense and best used as decoration - yummy ones at that!
