Any alternatives to tofu? I'm a breast cancer person who isn't supposed to have soy products.
Well I suggest just eating other beans and lentils for protein then! and nuts, I love nuts!

Spinach, quinoa, peas, even some bagels( Med. 3oz bagel can have 9 grams of protein which is equal to 1 c. quinoa ) are good sources of protein as well.
I never new spinach had protein! Cool
Broccoli gets 1/3 of its calories from protein! Go figure.
