You're welcome Bugsmom. Just curious though, why does it have to be in the powdered form ?

I want to make myself some instant cocoa mix that I can just add hot water to here at work (rather than having to get out saucepans or microwave heat the almond milk then add the cocoa and such to it). Making instant cocoa mix is usually done with non-fat powdered milk, cocoa, and sugar. I can get good quality cocoa powder and vegan-safe sugar at our local co-op market (it's so cool having an entirely vegetarian grocery market nearby). The sticking point to date has been finding non-soy non-dairy milk powder. I've checked the Ecomil website and contacted them electronically to sort out the situation with regard to ordering/finding/purchasing their almond powder here in the US.

Excellent. Good luck.

Regarding Omega-3 supplements -- I developed a little eye condition last spring called "meibomian gland dysfunction." Long story short, there are these little oil glands in your eyelids that can get blocked and cause all sorts of misery. My doctor cited some research that Omega-3 supplements are being tested to see if they help this disorder. He said the evidence is very good that they do help. I've tried them and haven't had a flare-up in months. I'm going to continue my supplements for the very simple reason that the eye problem is so miserable that I don't want to risk a relapse.
