Eating a yummy breakfast!

Had some leftover All-American Tofu Scramble from the recipe in Dr. Barnards new cookbook. Cooked some frozen Southern Style hashbrowns, added the leftover scramble when they were almost done. Also cut up a Morning Star Sausage Patty for a little more flavor. (had chopped onion, mushroom & bell pepper in the Tofu scramble already) It would be really good for a breakfast burrito, just add a little hot sauce. Could also add a little Vegan cheese Note: I've tried the Morning Star Sausage "Links", but feel they have more of an accquired taste. However the patties are pretty close to the real thing.
