I like to Juice in the morning
I throw everything in the juicer and drink asap
but now I hear people say that it is about how you combine the foods. Is there truth to the "combination issue"

apple
carrot
beet
pineapple
red cabbage
celery
kale
chard
ginger

all this is in my breakfast drink

If you mean combining foods is somehow bad, like mixing carbs with protein, then no, there is no evidence to support that theory. However, combining foods does influence absorbability of some nutrients. I would consider that neither good nor bad. For example, citrus with spinach will make iron from the spinach more absorbable.

Even if you were food combining, that pairing works.

Thank you that is wonderful news. I know nothing about food combining but it helps to know that there is nothing contradicting itself
