Dropped cholesterol and triglycerides!!

I had to share that since I restarted my vegan diet, my cholesterol dropped over 30 points and my triglycerides over 40!
I had slipped into a vegetarian diet for several months this winter and wound up with high cholesterol and triglycerides and now I am doing so much better!
I'm really motivated again and hope this encourages anyone who may have some of these issues.
2 doctors who wanted me to go on medication, were pleasantly surprised in what I was able to accomplish in 6 weeks! (I went back to being vegan a few weeks before the 21 day kickstart!)
