Are we ready?

Just finished making tofu mayo and starting the bread machine (I let it knead the dough for me, then I bake the bread in the oven). Next, I'm going to make my friend Cherrie's version of dijon salad dressing (http://www.fatfreevegan.com/dressings/cherrie.shtml). After that, cook garbanzos and make hummus. I had a rough morning, but tonight, I have lots of energy, and I'm excited to be getting started, especially with all this good food ready for me. And tomorrow, my organic produce box arrives! Fridays are my delivery days, so it worked out great with the timing of this challenge.
