switching meals from different days menu?
Posted Monday, September 6, 2010 at 12:44 PM

Just wondering if it is ok to switch the menu around. Example eat Mondays breakfast with Tuesdays lunch, Wednesdays dinner? I want to follow this plan, but forgot to buy a couple items on todays menu Embarassed

I could run to the store, but I'm getting ready to paint a bedroom and if I leave the house that may be my excuse not to paint *L*

I'd like the answer to that one too. I already have a good supply of healthy vegan recipes but need the support of the program to keep me making/eating them. I prefer a protein shake for breakfast.

I don't see any reason why not. This approach is wonderfully flexible!

Absolutely do whatever works for you! If you don't want to make anything on our menu, that's okay too! Just eat a variety of fruits, vegetables, beans, and grains and you are doing the Kickstart as well as anybody!

It's really good not to get overwhelmed in the beginning. It does get easier. I promise.
