Absolutely do whatever works for you! If you don't want to make anything on our menu, that's okay too! Just eat a variety of fruits, vegetables, beans, and grains and you are doing the Kickstart as well as anybody! It's really good not to get overwhelmed in the beginning. It does get easier. I promise.
