hi Veggies.. you and me.. potato chips.. ahhh.. mine also sit on top of the fridge... except day before yesterday.. i took them and stored them in the basement. It worked.. no chips.... I gotta really want them to go in the cold and get them.
Also of course when i DO eat chips, i get a bowl of chips, never sit down with the bag... bad idea for me..
you know i remember in high school i could take a bag of chips to my room...if i wanted to eat it, no big deal.. i was skinny as a rail..115 lbs.. i also remember drinking regular soda, eating donuts for breakfast (they used to be 2.69 doz) sometime i could fool myself... by looking at some people that eat horrible.. soda, donuts, icecream, little nutrious food at all.. and say to myself, "they are thin.. maybe the fat makes the food pass right thru.. it's just junk your body doesn't need, so off it goes... i was thin when i ate it.. so maybe all this low fat junk, and 30%fat is junk"..I never seemed to lose what i wanted.. then i would notice that those people were sick a lot...(i never was)...so all that diet stuff they put out, just seemed wrong, but i was confused as to what was right, because even eating small portions of meat, no hfcs,and veggies didn't doit (chips may have helpedhere)I thought maybe i just had to exercise harder.. run instead of walk.. and the no carb diet,i just refused.. i knew that was wrong..
Anyway.. i am glad i found vegan.. i can eat great tasting food, eat when i am hungry, not count anything and feel great most of the time. There is no wondering if it is good for me.
You know maybe on my way out the door today i will just take those chips and chuck em. That's what happens to food that stays in the basement.
