Eating same recipe over and over

As long as you don't get bored, there is no problem. In the long run you'll be happiest and healthiest if you eat a variety of whole foods, including beans, potatoes, fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. Nuts and seeds are great, too, in moderation. Your food variety can be over a matter of days or even weeks and you won't have to worry about your health. If you are the only one in your family on the Kickstart program, do have some additional food for the others to taste. If you are low key about it, they are not likely to resist a forkful. They may find they like the food a lot better than they thought they would.
