What about omega 3/6

What foods should I be focusing on to insure that I get enough omega 3/6 in my diet? How much omega 3/6 does a body need daily to stay healthy?

Flax and Chia seeds and walnuts are all supposed to be good sources of Omega 3's. I am sure there are other vegan sources as well. I'm not sure about Omega 6's.

Hemp is a good source as well. Instead of getting DHA from fish oil I take algae oil. You can buy at your healthfood store or on-line. Some are Deva Omega-3 DHA, V-Pure vegan DHA, Optimized Omega-3 DHA/EPA by Pure One. There are also liquid forms and other brands may use gelatin for there capsule, just make sure you read ingredients.
