Read your labels!

I thought I had a good non dairy creamer for my coffee. It said non-dairy but it did have sodium caseinate (a milk derivative). Dr. Bernard mentioned it in the video and I should have listened, didn't use it but boy did I want my coffee. Confused
Almond milk and Agave nectar got me by. Laughing

I see that in most "non-dairy" creamers. It's really annoying! Also watch the non-dairy "cheeses" - a lot of them have casein in them, too! If I'm being lazy I'll just look for "Vegan" somewhere on the label.

There are soy creamers on the market. I trained myself years ago to drink coffee as black as night. I hate drinking calories!

Amen to that. I hate using up my calories on liquids. If I drink tea I don't need anything, so I usually go that way. When I think of coffee, I think of acid and feel that I need milk....Elizabeth

I'm trying to use less each time to get to black coffee but I am not there yet. Laughing

Watch those Thai foods too. They often contain fish sauce. I learned this the hard way on Monday. Eww!
