I will eat at home as much as I can. I will cook healthy vegan meals. If I eat out I will eat vegan meals only! I will check in here at the forums for support and give the support that I can to everyone here. I will get healthy.I will not listen to the naysayers, that say I need meat to survive. I have been vegan before and I will be vegan again, today, starting NOW! Thank you everyone that has kept me going! Here is to the new Kickstart Program!!! aleta email
