Hi, I have been vegan all my life, but recently I have discovered I have low progesterone and high estrogen. I am looking for foods that would increase my progesterone levels such as yams or sweet potatoes, and lower my estrogen levels. Because of my imbalance of hormones I have fibroids, too. Any suggestions. For me, although I love both, soyabeans(tofu products) and oatmeal are not good for me because both of them increase estrogen levels in my body.
