RE: Goat's Milk - Yes or No?

All animal foods have cholesterol, including goat milk and cheese. You want to avoid all animal products on this diet, so the rule of thumb is if it comes from an animal, is secreted by an animal, is PART of an animal, you don't want it. Your body naturally makes its own cholesterol, you don't need to supplement it with the cholesterol that another animal's body makes. Also, did you know that no other animals in nature drink the milk from another animal and no other animals consume milk into adulthood? It would seem that the natural human diet does NOT include milk or milk products; it's just something we've grown accustomed to doing. Milk is meant to make babies grow big and strong, unfortunately it makes adults grow BIG, too. Not a good thing! There's also research that dairy proteins turn on cancer like a switch AND everything we've been taught about milk being good for bones is false (there's tons of info out there - read the China Study for one or let me know if you can't find reliable info yourself and I'll point you in the right direction), so milk and milk products are just not a good thing to include in your diet. Honestly, you won't miss it after a while. and your body will definitely be better off for it.
