Fat Intake Question

I know today's message is focused on fats so my question is that I do like some nut butters once a week as a measured one tablespoon portion, as well as avocado-50 grams twice a week and hemp milk which has 6 g fat per cup but does well in coffee and cooking as well as shakes using vegan protein, so will using these limited higher fat items decrease my ability to lose a few pounds on the program which is not difficult to follow? On the days using one of these does bring the percentage of fat calories up so would like to know early on what to do as I do enjoy them..thanks.
