I live in The Bahamas, so not only are the special vegan products pricey, finding some of them is a challenge. My husband is my motivation for joining in with this vegan kickstart plan. He is a cancer survivor, and has been wanting to go vegan for months. So, I told him I will start out with him, and see how it goes for me after the 21 days. One of my husband's biggest challenges is getting a decent butter substitute. If anyone can give me a really good substitute (for use on toast, grits, etc), I will really appreciate it. Thanks. BTW, I tried the veggieburger patties from NutritionMD today. There were great!

That gives another option and that is always nice. Especially since Smart balance is on most grocery store shelves. www
