Did anybody else watch the Veggie Therapy PSA that's on Today's Message? That banana cracks me up! "I'm glad I said it." LOL! I feel like that sometimes, like I don't want to put down other people's food choices, but omg, how can they even sell bacon double cheeseburgers?!?! And then the people whose feelings I'm trying to spare will say that basing my diet on fruits and veg is extreme. Bacon - Double - Cheese - Burger ... that's extreme! So, ya'll have a great day! If you, too, have naysayers in your life, all we can do is laugh, right? Because they'll come around when they see us still glowing and and happy and even more svelte three months from now.
