I'm sure there is. But allow me to introduce the Power Plate instead: http://pcrm.org/health/powerplate/. We made the plate diagram as the healthful, scientifically-sound alternative to the pyramid. There is no evidence to support that you need to eat more grains than fruits, vegetables, or beans. There is certainly no evidence that you need meat, dairy, or sugar. We took the politics out and came up with the Power Plate. It also coincides with the notion that if you are eating the right foods, you don't have to worry about serving suggestions.

a great resource is the usda my pyramid. Have you seen it? http://www.mypyramidtracker.gov/ it is free. it allows you put in everything you eat & exercises.. it then accesses your food intake and energy balance. one thing nice is you can make a frequently used food and exercise list.

http://pcrm.org/kickstartHome/forum/www.thepowerplate.org it brings up the page above with an error message 404 page not found. does anyone else have a problem with the link? i put it in my browser and came up with this link.. and it is working... http://pcrm.org/health/powerplate/ maybe your computer has a cookie for that page and takes you to it; but since i have never been there it didn't work for me.
